Position 1: Software Tester

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Tester Intern to join our Software Testing Team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will assist in testing our software products, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Identify and define test requirements based on product specifications and user stories.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking system.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product
Features and requirements. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
Provide clear and concise reports on test results and defect status.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (if applicable).
Continuously improve automation coverage and efficiency.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) for test automation.
Know basics of automation testing relates to server-side functionalities
Strong data structure and algorithm foundation Good test sense, can think in detail of a complex thing, exceptional analytical and creative problem-
solving skills.

Position 2: UI / UX Developer Intern

Job Role:

Designing Interfaces: Creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for Websites or applications.

Prototyping: Developing interactive prototypes to demonstrate the user flow and Functionality of designs.

Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other Stakeholders to ensure the design vision aligns with the overall project goals.

User Testing: Participating in or conducting usability testing to gather feedback and Make iterative improvements to the design.

Responsive Design: Ensuring that designs are responsive and accessible across Various devices and screen sizes.
Keeping Up with Trends: Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, And emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Skills Required:

Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant design software.

Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or In Vision to create interactive mock-up and prototypes.

HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is often required for implementing Designs on the web.

JavaScript: Some familiarity with JavaScript can be beneficial, especially for Interactive and dynamic user interfaces.

User Research: Understanding the basics of user research methodologies to gather Insights and incorporate user feedback into the design process.

Wireframing: Ability to create wireframes that outline the structure and layout of web or mobile applications.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

Problem-Solving: A knack for creative problem-solving and the ability to think critically about user interactions and experiences.

Attention to Detail: Paying attention to small details is crucial in creating a polished and user-friendly interface.
Adaptability: Being open to learning new tools and methodologies as the field of UI/UX design is dynamic and evolves over time.

Position 3: MERN Stack Developer Intern

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using MERN framework
Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures
Implement functional programming concepts to develop scalable and maintainable code
Collaborate with the team to design and develop user-friendly UI
Use REST APIs to handle HTTP requests and responses
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Troubleshoot and debug issues proactively
Use Git version control to manage project development
Work on production level application development
Work on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tasks related to application deployment and Maintenance
Use MYSQL, MONGO or NoSQL databases and backend development technologies as needed
