Experience: Freshers
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/ Per Annum.
Job Location: Pune
Educational Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Batch: No Pass out Year Criteria
- Percentage: No Percentage Criteria.
Job Description:
- Identify and Evaluate Technology Solutions.
- Promptly answer & support related Phone calls.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in minimum time.
- Identify Potential Issues & give quick solutions for them.
- Conduct online training sessions for the Clients.
- Conduct online/onsite New Installations.
- Provide Online and offline support to our customers via available resources.
- Handle other technical Issues
Skills Required:
- Basic Knowledge of Hardware, Networking & Software & its types
- Working knowledge of basic network configuration.
- Working Knowledge of all types of IT Hardware and Software
- Basic knowledge of computers (Types of Printers, Networking, OS, etc)
- Fluent & Soft communication
- Ready to learn new technologies on his own
- Ready to travel across the country, if required
