Position: Software Tester

Experience: Fresher

Internship Period: 06 Months

First 3months Stipend during Internship: Unpaid

Next 3months Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs.12,000/- per Month (Based on performance)

Approx. Post internship Package: Upto Rs. 20,000/- Per Month

Job Location: Pune.

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE /BTech /BSc /MCA/ (CS/ IT)
Batch: No Passing criteria.
Percentage: No Percentage criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Write and execute automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
Work closely with developers to ensure bug-free releases.
Understand and apply different testing methodologies such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Learn and work on API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
Ensure software quality through rigorous testing procedures.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Basic knowledge of Java programming.
Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver and automation concepts.
Knowledge of manual testing techniques.
Good understanding of JIRA, TestNG, or Cucumber (optional).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
