Job Description:

As a Tech Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technology and business. You will be responsible for analyzing data, gathering business requirements, supporting solution designs, and contributing to technical and strategic decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse loan application data, repayment patterns, and customer demographics to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies in the loan origination and servicing processes. Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, credit, and risk to understand business requirements. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Support the creation and maintenance of business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all business processes.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Understanding of analytical tools and concepts
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving attitude
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA).
  • Familiarity with SQL for data querying is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA is a plus.
