Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with 0–3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and open-source frameworks. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications, primarily in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. You will contribute to building innovative, high-performance solutions using a modern tech stack.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web and enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC (C#), and SQL Server.
  • Build responsive, modern front-end & middleware applications using React.js, TypeScript, js, and other open-source frameworks.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver impactful software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and support junior developers.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure stability and performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in both Microsoft and open-source technology
  • Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC (C#), and Entity Framework.
  • Proficiency in front-end development with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML,
  • and CSS.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based architecture.
  • Solid understanding of databases including SQL Server and PostgreSQL (SQL queries,
  • performance tuning, schema design).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks for unit and integration testing (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (DevOps).
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Technologies: .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC (C#), Entity Framework
  • Open-Source Technologies: React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure
  • DevOps: Git, CI/CD, JIRA.
  • Messaging Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
  • Testing Frameworks: NUnit, xUnit
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

Domain Knowledge (BFSI preferred):

  • Experience in developing software solutions for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and security requirements specific to the BFSI sector is advantage.
  • Experience in building financial applications, such as payment systems, trading platforms, or insurance management systems, is a plus
