- CTC as an Intern – Upto Rs. 2,46,800/- Per Annum for 3 months
- CTC as a Trainee – Upto Rs. 3,02,000/- Per Annum for 6 months
- CTC after confirmation as Junior Test Engineer – Upto Rs. 3,60,000/- Per Annum for 1 Year
BE / BTech (Other Branch)
- CTC as an Intern – Upto Rs. 2,46,800/- Per Annum for 3 months
- CTC as a Trainee – Upto Rs. 2,70,000/- Per Annum for 6 months
- CTC after confirmation as Junior Test Engineer – Upto Rs. 3,02,000/- Per Annum for 1 Year
BCA/ BCS/ Bsc/ BA/ BCom

Position 1: Load & Performance Engineering
Roles & Responsibility:
- Basic Knowledge of Software Testing
- Understanding of Performance Testing is an added advantage
- Basic Programming skills in C, C++, Core Java (Loops, String Manipulations, File Read/Write)
- Very good communication skills, Logical reasoning, Analytical skills and Reporting skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Should be a quick-learner and be able to learn and use any new tools/technologies
- Should be able to co-ordinate with clients and understand the requirements
- Sincere and dedicated towards work and a go-getter attitude
- Should be a team player and willing to contribute actively at all stages of project
Position 2: Manual Testing
Roles & Responsibility:
- Should have basic understanding of software testing
- Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same
- Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation
- Should have experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect
- Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Conduct independent system testing for changes to the application
- Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment
- Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results
- Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented
- and fixed and help in UAT support to users
- Review and provide input on Business Requirement and Functional Specification

Position 3: Automation Testing
Roles & Responsibility:
- Should have basic understanding of software testing
- Strong development/scripting skills in common languages like C# or Java
- Good Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Basic SQL Database query skills to create/edit queries
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams specific to automation scripts to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
