Position: Software Test Engineer (Manual)

Experience: Freshers

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 1,80,000/- to Upto Rs. 2,50,000 Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

  • Education: BE/BTech (Civil ) 
  • Batch: No Passout Criteria
  • Percentage: 70% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols for civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, soil).
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and checklists.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Support audits and quality reviews as required.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of construction materials and testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC standards in civil engineering (IS codes, ASTM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to field and office environments.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QA software tools.
  • Internship or academic project experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
