Job Location: Pune

Education Criteria:

  • Education: BE / BTech/ ME/ MTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA/ MCS/ MSc  (CS / IT Branch only) 
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
  • Percentage: 80% throughout in Graduation/Post Graduation

Position 1: Customer Success Associate

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You’ll answer challenging product queries of highly qualified customers from all around the world over chat, email, and phone.
  • You’ll engage in remote web sessions to troubleshoot technical issues at customers’ end.
  • You’ll collaborate with product specialists to find creative solutions to customer business problems.
  • You’ll follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • You’ll test the product and report malfunctions.
  • You’ll absorb pressure and keep calm.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Excellent comprehension skills with the ability to read between the lines.
  • Adaptability to work in shifts.
  • A positive attitude and empathy.
  • Meticulous, systematic and attention to detail.
  • Extrasensory perception (ESP) to read customer minds is a plus.

Position 2: React Developer (06 Months Experience )

Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled React Developer who combines technical expertise with an eye for UI design. This role offers the opportunity to create compelling user experiences while working with modern web technologies.

The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with an understanding of user-centered design principles, enabling them to create both functional and visually appealing applications.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
  • Strong proficiency with React (self-assessed minimum 7/10)
  • Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills
  • Advanced HTML and DOM manipulation expertise
  • Strong CSS and responsive design skills
  • Experience with modern React patterns (hooks, context, functional components)
  • Proficiency with Redux for state management
  • Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions
  • Version control with Git
  • UI/UX design capabilities and understanding of design principles
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Knowledge of component libraries and design systems
  • Performance optimization and web vitals experience
  • Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library)

Skills Required:

  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers

Position 3: Sr. Java Developer (06 Months Experience )

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about backend development and well-versed in modern Java technologies, we’d love to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java 17 and its latest capabilities.
  • Design and implement robust backend solutions with Spring Boot and Spring MVC Framework.
  • Utilize open-source Java libraries like Apache Commons, Collections, Lang Google Guava, etc.
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to configure and manage databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
  • Proficient in coding tools like VSCode and experienced in setting up code formatting using Prettier and Linting.
  • Extensive experience and deep understanding of web-based applications architecture.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, ReactJS, and other frontend technologies.
  • Experience in Docker containerization and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Java testing frameworks like JUnit.
  • Experience managing cloud services on AWS/Google Cloud (e.g., EC2, Aurora DB, and Storage Buckets).
  • Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxy servers
