Educational Criteria:

BE / BTech / MCA (CS/IT)
Pass-out Criteria 2024 Batch only
75% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
Strong understanding of core Java concepts including OOP principles, exception handling, and threading.
Knowledge of Java memory management techniques, including garbage collection and optimization strategies.
Experience with Java Collections Framework, including Lists, Sets, Maps, and their implementations.
Familiarity with Java Swing for creating graphical user interfaces and handling UI components.
Solid coding skills with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code
