Educational Criteria:
- BE / BTech / BCS / BCA / BSC /MCA /MCS (All Branches)
- Pass out years 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 only.
- 55% and above throughout academics
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to HPE’s global customers for enterprise server/storage products.
- Remotely diagnose and resolve hardware/firmware issues, escalate complex cases, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of support tickets.
- Work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to provide continuous support coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Interact with customers and internal as well as external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
- Adapt to varying workloads and manage time effectively to meet support demands.
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of Desktop/Laptop (and preferably server/storage) hardware concepts, components, and functionality.
- Familiarity with at least one operating system such as Windows Server and Linux.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
- Any server/storage/networking certification will be an added advantage.
- Basic awareness about HPE and their products/services.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- It will be a Six-month unpaid internship opportunity As a temporary employee in the role of an intern, Please find below the details
- As an intern candidates will not be eligible for any company-sponsored benefits.
- There will be an employment agreement of 2 years starting from 1st day of the internship. If the candidate commits a breach of employment term as set forth above or leaves employment with the company for any reason whatsoever, the candidate hereby agrees and undertakes to pay to the company a sum of Rs.150000 (Rupees One Lakh fifty Thousand Only), as pre-calculated liquidated damages, towards the cost incurred on training, Knowledge enhancement, to compensate the company for the loss suffered. It is further clarified that said amount is only reimbursement of the cost which would be incurred by the company and is not in the nature of damages/penalty.
- If a candidate is not able to clear the evaluation round or the company does not have a suitable requirement for the candidate then Assimilate Technologies will discontinue the internship by giving an internship completion letter.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills
- All academic mark sheets required for submission to the company for 2 years.
