Position: Software Tester Intern

Job Location: Remote

Educational Criteria:

  • Any Graduate/ Any PostGraduate   
  • No Percentage & No Passout

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Perform thorough manual testing of software applications to identify
    bugs and ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create test plans, test cases, and
    test scripts.
  • Assist in the development and execution of automated test scripts using
    automation tools.
  • Report and document software defects and track their progress through
  • Analyze and improve existing testing processes and methodologies.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure timely and effective testing
    during the development lifecycle.
  • Support continuous testing practices to ensure product quality across
    all stages of development.

Technical Skills:

  • Manual Testing: Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals
    including test case creation, test execution, and bug reporting.
  • Automation Testing: Experience with or willingness to learn automation
    tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with any programming language (e.g.,
    Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation.
  • Bug Tracking Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or
  • Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
    is a plus.
  • Basic Understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
  • Good attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Requirements:

  • Must have your own laptop/computer with reliable internet access.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Minimum 6-month commitment.
