Position 1: Subject Matter Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Mechanical Domain, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Tech, Architecture, and Water Engineering to join our team. The SME will serve as the go-to resource for advanced knowledge, troubleshooting, and advice in the specified domain, guiding development and operational teams toward innovative solutions and best practices. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and leadership to support various initiatives across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level guidance and support in your specialized domain to ensure the effective design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex technical issues.
Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends.
Consultation & Problem-Solving
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., software development, operations, product management) to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Offer solutions that are both scalable and cost-effective to meet the organization’s business and technical objectives.

Position 2: Product Definition Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Definition Engineer to join our dynamic product development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between product management, engineering, and design teams. As a Product Definition Engineer, you will define the requirements, features, and technical specifications for new software products and enhancements, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role demands a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly too various stakeholders. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to create products that are innovative, reliable, and scalable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to gather and document business, user, and technical requirements for new product features or enhancements.
Write clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure that features are defined with technical feasibility, usability, and scalability in mind.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including technical specifications, API definitions, system architecture overviews, and wireframes.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product features are understood, technically feasible, and efficiently implemented. Act as the go-between for product managers and engineers to ensure alignment.
Prototyping & Validation: Assist in creating prototypes and mockups to validate ideas early in the development process. Use customer feedback and internal reviews to refine product concepts.
Work with the product management and marketing teams to support product launches, ensuring all necessary technical materials and documentation are ready.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum) and lifecycle.

Position 3: Member of Technical Staff

Job Description: We are looking for motivated, self-starter individuals to join our growing consulting team. Someone who is passionate about building a great product and plays a vital role to identify solutions. Here you will be responsible for building scientific/engineering software applications that range from desktop to cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. You need to have strong programming skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

Build efficient, reusable, and reliable scientific/engineering applications using latest tools and techniques
Understand, collaborate, and develop applications using object-oriented/functional programming techniques
Always ready to learn new skills quickly and apply them to the task at hand in an expert capacity
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Effectively communicate with clients and team members
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and quality

Skills Required:

Knowledge of languages like C# / C++ / Python / JavaScript will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively

Knowledge of any full-stack related technologies
Knowledge of computational geometry algorithms
