Position: Technical Support Engineer

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 8,000/- To 12,000/-Per Month.

Approx. Package Post Internship: Based on performance during the internship.

Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

  • BE / BTech/BCA / BCS / BSC / MCA / MCS / MSC (All Branches)
  • Passout Criteria 2022, 2023 &2024 Only.
  • No Percentage Criteria

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Selenium – Automation testing knowledge required.
  • Sonarqube – code quality and security knowledge required.
  • Browser Stack – cross-browser compatibility.
  • Jenkins – product deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct software testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, providing feedback on product usability and quality.

Required Skills:

  • Understand the overall project by considering every aspect of each module of Education (School & College) ERP
  • Implementation of projects/modules at the client site
  • Training of users according to modules
  • Onsite support to clients
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
