Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 8,000/- To 12,000/-Per Month.
Approx. Package Post Internship: Based on performance during the internship.
Job Location: Pune
Educational Criteria:
- BE / BTech/BCA / BCS / BSC / MCA / MCS / MSC (All Branches)
- Passout Criteria 2022, 2023 &2024 Only.
- No Percentage Criteria
Roles & Responsibility:
- Selenium – Automation testing knowledge required.
- Sonarqube – code quality and security knowledge required.
- Browser Stack – cross-browser compatibility.
- Jenkins – product deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct software testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, providing feedback on product usability and quality.
Required Skills:
- Understand the overall project by considering every aspect of each module of Education (School & College) ERP
- Implementation of projects/modules at the client site
- Training of users according to modules
- Onsite support to clients
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
