Position 1: Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and technical documentation to support innovative product development. This role demands a solid foundation in engineering principles, advanced proficiency in CAD tools, and a keen eye for design aesthetics and manufacturability. Experience in visualizing and presenting concepts through photorealistic renderings will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings for new product designs and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, industrial designers, and engineers to translate conceptual ideas into production-ready designs.
- Utilize rendering tools to create photorealistic 3D visuals for design validation, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BOMs, part drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Apply knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques, and product development processes to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Support prototype development and testing efforts, iterating designs based on test results and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant engineering standards, quality requirements, and production timelines.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, KeyShot, and/or Fusion 360.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development lifecycles.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and professionally.
- A creative and detail-oriented approach to engineering design.
- Passion for innovation in product design, particularly in industries such as HoReCa, consumer electronics, or Med Tech.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Position 2: Embedded Software Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Developer to join our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of embedded software systems—from requirement analysis and architecture design to development, integration, and post-deployment support. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, real-world applications in a dynamic and innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, efficient, and scalable software solutions for embedded systems in alignment with defined technical and business requirements.
- Develop, test, and debug system software to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to uphold high-quality engineering standards.
- Analyze system-level performance and propose optimizations to enhance resource utilization, stability, and scalability.
- Integrate and validate new hardware designs and product features in close coordination with hardware teams.
- Provide support throughout the software lifecycle, including testing, validation, deployment, and field troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with QA teams to support testing efforts and optimize I/O performance.
- Contribute to ongoing R\&D initiatives by supporting the development of new concepts and product prototypes.
- Interface directly with hardware design and development teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in C and/or C++, with real-time embedded firmware development experience.
- Hands-on experience with RTOS-based systems and a working knowledge of embedded Linux.
- Familiarity with electronic components, measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), and testing procedures.
- Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, NXP, ESP32, Nordic, Atmel, etc. (Experience with ESP32 and Atmel controllers is a strong advantage.)
- Knowledge of communication protocols including SPI, UART, I²C, CAN, etc.
- Proficient in firmware debugging and root cause analysis during both development and production stages.
