Position: Customer Support Trainee

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 2,70,000/- per Annum 

Job Location: Mumbai.

Educational Criteria:

  • Any graduate/Post graduate
  • No Passout and No percentage Criteria 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to software products in a professional and timely manner.
  • Actively listen to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and take appropriate action to effectively resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to urgently and accurately troubleshoot and resolve reported problems, while escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when needed.
  • Provide a positive, personalized experience for customers, promoting loyalty and retention while maintaining product ratings and encouraging client referrals.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices to offer knowledgeable assistance and support to clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively both as a team player and as an individual contributor.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to product improvements.
  • Help improve customer support processes and procedures by sharing insights and suggestions.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Strong sense of accountability for assigned tasks and a commitment to seeing them through to completion.
  • Quick to learn, with a strong internal drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced work
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Keen Interest in, or experience with, software products or technology-related customer
  • Previous experience in customer service, basic technical troubleshooting, logistics software, help desk, CRM tools or similar client-facing roles is an added advantage.
