Position 1: Android /IOS Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and customize mobile applications used by over 100K users.
  • Migrate existing applications from NativeScript to Native
  • Enhance existing mobile application
  • Improve performance & User experience of mobile app

Skills Required: Android Studio, Native Development, NativeScript, Java, JavaScript, React, ReactJS, Android, iOS, API, SWIFT, Kotlin

Position 2: NodeJS Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good working experience in open source technologies especially in Node JS ,JavaScript, and Postgrace DB
  • Strong back-end experience in writing custom SQL queries
  • Experience with database design of relational DB
  • Good understanding of RESTful Services and development experience in SRESTful APIs.
  • Good working knowledge on Git for version control
  • Expert in Node.js and frameworks available for it such as express, etc.
  • Expert in node.js file system, HTTP module, Events, etc.
  • Knowledge of functional and Object oriented programming.
  • Experience with common FrontEnd tools like Webpack, gulp, npm, babel, etc.

Skills Required:

  • NodeJS and ExpressJS development
  • Very good experience in JavaScript, ES6, jQuery, Web Services (REST, SOAP etc.), JS frameworks like lodash, moment, etc.,
  • API – driven development – Experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON.
  • Good experience in Postgre SQL or any other databases

Position 3: Quality Assurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Write test cases for existing applications (Web and Mobile)
  • Test application changes before every release and share bug report with development team
  • Develop automation test scripts using Selenium

Skills required: Testing, Selenium, Java, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Cucumber JUnit,  JMeter

Position 4: Machine Learning

Responsibilities:

  • Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models, optimizing for performance and scalability.
  • Develop efficient data pipelines, ensuring high-quality training and inference data.
  • Analyze and compare ML algorithms to determine the most effective approaches.
  • Explore and visualize data to identify patterns and insights.
  • Implement feature engineering, data augmentation, and validation strategies.
  • Fine-tune model hyperparameters and optimize inference latency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.

Skills Required:

  • ML Engineer, NLP Engineer, or related role.
  • Proficiency in machine learning techniques and strong programming skills in Python, with experience in fundamental ML concepts and practical implementation.
  • Ability to write efficient, clean, and optimized Python code for ML applications.
  • Expertise in working with large datasets, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.
  • Deep understanding of text representation techniques (e.g., embeddings, transformers, n-grams) and NLP-specific tools (such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK).
  • Experience with vector databases and efficient retrieval techniques.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models like GPT, Gemini, and related large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including testing, debugging, and optimization.

Position 5: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI based on functional requirements within defined timelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data visualizations to support decision- making.
  • Extract data from diverse sources such as AWS RDS, Salesforce, Kibana, and other systems.
  • Perform ETL processes and ensure data quality for analysis.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Assist in creating predictive models and statistical analyses using Python.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ad-hoc reporting needs and deliver timely, customized solutions.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Document processes, workflows, and methodologies for transparency and reproducibility.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and techniques in data analytics and visualization.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data handling from systems like AWS RDS, Salesforce, or Kibana is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to other BI tools or programming languages like R or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and APIs for data extraction.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning techniques is a bonus.
