Shift Timings: Day Shift
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (all Branch)
- Batch: 2024 & 2025 pass-outs only
- Percentage: Above 80% in 10th & 12th is required
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for seamless data migration.
- Work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and optimize complex queries.
- Handle healthcare datasets with strong analytical skills.
- Build and manage data wrangling and extraction jobs using Python and Java.
- Integrate data from various sources via APIs.
- Utilize analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.

- Provide technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via email, phone, and other channels.
- Guide clients through system setup and issue resolution.
- Track and follow up on incidents with internal teams and clients.
- Log, classify, and prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency.
- Resolve issues, restore services, and ensure timely incident closure.
- Maintain incident ownership, tracking, and communication.
- Establish strong client relationships and collaborate with software developers.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Non-IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting on boarding formalities.
- Analyse a candidate’s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Assist with providing a positive on boarding experience.
- Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
Skills Required:
