Job Description:

The Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, intuitive, and web applications.
This role combines web technical expertise with a deep understanding of web design principles.
The Web designer will collaborate with clients or project teams to understand user requirements and implement seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. User Interface (UI) Development:

Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications.
Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and experience.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform design mock-ups into interactive web elements.

2. Front-End Development:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, Less, Sass and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or lit).
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and programmers to implement visual and interactive elements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improving user experience and interface design.
Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments for proposed UI/UX designs.

4. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.
Proactively learn new tools and techniques to enhance skills and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape

Skill Required:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JSON, Less, Sass, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or lit).
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
