- Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Job Description:
- Provides level 1 technical support to end users on computer-related technical problems to assigned accounts/ customers through voice support.
- Should have good communications skills (customers are global) and basic technical knowledge.
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts / night shifts.
