Position 1: Linux Admin

Roles and Requirements:

  • Proficient in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Red Hat and VMware solutions having micro services Open Shift 4.0 and Kubernetes.
  • Clarity and understanding of various components of virtualization, their interconnectivity and working.
  • Solid knowledge of networking, storage, and security concepts in the context of Red Hat and VMware environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Administrated Red Hat and VMware products, including Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Preferred certifications are Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift
  • Administration, and VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

This role involves conducting thorough security assessments, simulating cyberattacks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance the security posture of our organization.

Roles and Requirements:

  1. Security Assessments:
  • Conduct comprehensive penetration testing on web applications, networks, and systems to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and analyze the security posture of various applications and infrastructure components.
  • Utilize both automated tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Rapid7, Nmap) and manual testing techniques to uncover security weaknesses.
  1. Vulnerability Identification and Exploitation:
  • Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in web applications, networks, and APIs, including but not limited to SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Privilege Escalation, Sensitive Data Exposure, and Click jacking.
  • Report findings in a clear and concise manner, including recommendations for remediation.

Position 7: Account Manager

Roles and Requirements:

  • Be the first point of contact for existing set of customer/accounts i.e. be responsible for managing the relationship with the account, ensuring customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Achieve the business objectives laid out for the year.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities in new accounts through cold calling, usage of digital tools and assets and networking with the external ecosystem.
  • Understand the customer’s business direction and alignment of their IT infrastructure to business and provide customers with best relevant solutions that can help them improve productivity/performance

Position 8: Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Requirements:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and providing technical assistance for all Operating System and workstation applications.
  • Performing system upgrades include the installation of new hardware and software.
  • Documenting incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and for the knowledge base.
  • Maintaining inventory of installed software and hardware.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to desktop systems.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop systems.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
