Position 1: Data Engineer

Shift Timings: Day Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (all Branch)
Batch: 2024 & 2025 pass-outs only
Percentage: Above 80% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for seamless data migration.
Work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and optimize complex queries.
Handle healthcare datasets with strong analytical skills.
Build and manage data wrangling and extraction jobs using Python and Java.
Integrate data from various sources via APIs.
Utilize analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
Manage end-to-end projects and collaborate with US-based clients.
Automate processes and optimize data workflows.

Skills Required:

Expertise in SQL, Python, and Java.
Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Position 2: Odoo Developer

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (all Branch)
Batch: 2023 & 2024 pass-outs only
Percentage: Above 80% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Odoo apps and modules.
Analyze requirements and document solutions.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Address architectural challenges and enhance product functionality.

Skills Required:

Strong Python and Odoo module development experience.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Odoo architecture (Sales, CRM, Inventory, etc.).
Experience with Git and Linux system

Position 3: Quality Analyst

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (all Branch)
Batch: 2023 & 2024 pass-outs only
Percentage: Above 75% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

Need to Write and Execute Test Cases
Report Bugs with proper details.
Need to participate in discussions with multiple teams
Need to analyze and understand the Functional Specification Documents

Skills Required:

Analytical and logical ability
Problem-solving ability
Decision making capability
Familiar with SDLC and Software Engineering concepts
Basic knowledge of Database/SQL, optional
Basic knowledge of any one programming language (C, C++, C#,VB .Net, Java, or VBScript). Optional

Position 4: Implementation Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (all Branch)

Percentage: Above 70% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

Configure and customize software for seamless integration with client systems.
Map and optimize customer workflows using industry best practices.
Gather requirements, ensure smooth adoption, and provide user training.
Manage implementation projects, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with sales and support teams for pre- and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently.

Strong knowledge of the software and ability to simplify technical concepts.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Effective communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.

Position 5: Support and Implementation Analyst

Shift Timings: Night Shift

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (all Branch)

Percentage: Above 70% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via email, phone, and other channels.
Guide clients through system setup and issue resolution.
Track and follow up on incidents with internal teams and clients.
Log, classify, and prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency.
Resolve issues, restore services, and ensure timely incident closure.
Maintain incident ownership, tracking, and communication.
Establish strong client relationships and collaborate with software developers.
