  • Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

 Job Description:

We are looking for a WordPress PHP Developer Intern to join our development team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in WordPress theme and plugin development while working with PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. As an intern, you will assist in building, optimizing, and maintaining WordPress-based
websites and applications. This is a great opportunity to learn industry best practices and contribute to real-world projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Write clean, well-structured, and efficient PHP code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize WordPress websites for performance and security.
  • Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to integrate custom features.
  • Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations for enhanced WordPress functionality.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of websites.
  • Document the development process, architecture, and coding standards.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, and WordPress core.
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with custom post types, taxonomies, and WordPress hooks.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Basic understanding of website optimization and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience with Woo Commerce customization.
  • Understanding of page builders like Element or Gutenberg.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux server administration.
  • Exposure to react or Vue.js for WordPress headless setups.
