Job Summary:
We are looking for IT Freshers to join our IT Infrastructure & Support team as Associate Systems Administrators. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise systems and networks to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 IT Support for system and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux OS on desktops and servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
- Monitor server health, network performance, and security alerts.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident tracking (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior admins for issue escalation and resolution.
Skills Required:
Basic OS Administration (Windows/Linux) Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
