Position 1: Node.js Developer

Position 2:PHP (Laravel) Developer

Experience: Fresher

Educational Criteria:

  • BE / BTech / BCA / BCS / BSC / MCA / MCS / MSC (CS/IT)
  • 60% Percentage throughout academics
  • 2021 /2022 / 2023/ 2024/ 2025 Pass out Criteria.

 Position 1: Node.js Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Angular Fundamentals: Check their understanding of Angular concepts like components, modules, services, directives, templates, and data binding.
  • RxJS: Assess their knowledge of RxJS for handling asynchronous operations, observables, operators (map, filter, etc.), and subscriptions.
  • HTML/CSS: Ensure proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for building responsive and visually appealing UIs.
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals including ES6+ features, promises, async/await, etc.
  • RESTful APIs: Ability to integrate Angular applications with backend services using RESTful APIs and handle HTTP requests/responses.
  • State Management: Familiarity with state management solutions like Angular services, NgRx, or similar for managing application state.
  • Testing: Basic knowledge of unit testing Angular applications using tools like Jasmine, Karma, or Angular’s TestBed.

Skills Required:

  • Problem-solving Skills: Evaluate their ability to debug issues, find solutions independently, and troubleshoot Angular applications.
  • Team Collaboration: Assess how well they work in a team, communicate ideas, and contribute to discussions and code reviews.
  • Learning Ability: Check their eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements in Angular development.
  • Code Quality: Review their code for readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and Angular style guides.
  • Project Experience: Understand any projects they’ve worked on during their education or internships, and what specific roles they played in those projects.

Position 2: B. PHP (Laravel) Developer

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
  •  Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
  •  Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases.
  •  Good problem-solving skills
