Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

  • Any Graduate and Post Graduate
  • Pass out Year 2023/ 2024 Batch Only
  • 60% throughout all academics

Skills Required:

  • Have a basic understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its clouds and configuration tools.
  • Be able to create and manage users, assign permissions, and set up security.
  • Understand basic automation such as workflows, process rules, and validation rules.
  • Create simple reports and dashboards to track data.
  • Manage data, import/export it, and maintain data quality.
  • Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve user and system issues.
  • Obtain a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Communicate effectively with users and provide necessary support.
